Grow It Local

Strategic Overview

This plan covers Grow It Local’s marketing activity for 2026 across email, social media, Meta advertising, and the website. It is structured around two layers: an always-on conversion engine that runs year-round, and seasonal campaigns tied to key dates, product launches, and confirmed theme days.

Grow It Local is an early-stage subscription business with a rapidly expanding product offering. The marketing calendar must reflect that reality — every week needs conversion-focused activity, and the new Mr Fothergills product range significantly increases both the revenue opportunity and the complexity of what needs to be promoted.

Product Value Ladder

The expanded product range creates a clear value ladder:

Seed purchase ($5.95) → Seed bundle ($25–90) → Product bundle ($67–599) → GIL+ Base ($99/yr) → GIL+ Grower ($169/yr) → GIL+ Pro ($249/yr) → Seasonal bundle subscription ($249–449/yr)

Every product touchpoint is an opportunity to move customers up the ladder.
